Shipping FAQs

-We aim to ship your product as quickly as possible. Expect your order to reach between 3-5 days. In the unlikely event of a delay (product being out of stock) you will be contacted through an e-mail with the expected delivery time.

     2. What happens after I placed my order?

-After the payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail informing that your order is being processed. Once the products have been shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

      3. Will I be able to track my order?

-Yes. In your shipping confirmation e-mail you will be able to see your tracking number as well as a direct link to our shipping provider's website.

      4. How can I return a product?

Returns can only be processed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
